Jared has worked in the mining industry for 18 years, primarily focused on mobile equipment and maintenance systems.

His background is in maintenance and reliability, and most of his experience has been spent working directly with site teams to understand problems, identify root causes, and implement solutions that perform in real operating environments.

He has worked closely with OEMs on fleet improvement programs, led the deployment of real-time monitoring systems, and applied data and analytics to improve maintenance strategies. More recently, his work has included next-generation haulage systems, including battery-electric and alternative fuel technologies—focusing on how these solutions integrate into real operations.
